Gig of the Week

Considered to be one of the greatest gigs to ever grace the Pyramid Stage, Blur’s 2009 set was their first at Glastonbury Festival since topping the bill in 1998. Described as “unbelievable” and “triumphant” by the world’s media, the band kicked off with “She’s So High” and tore through a career-spanning set featuring “Parklife,” “Country House,” and “Song 2.” An emotional rendition of “Tender” led to lead singer, Damon Albarn, breaking down in tears by the side of the stage in front an 80,000-strong crowd. Those who witnessed the set will certainly never forget it! Listen to the setlist here.
