Instant Gratification: Stone Temple Pilots, “Never Enough”
We’ve been talking it up for several weeks now, but you can finally see the light at the end of the tunnel: in one week and one day, the new Stone Temple Pilots album – their first with new lead singer Jeff Gutt – will finally be hitting stores. As you may have already heard, the album will be a self-titled affair, and the band is doing everything in their power to get the word out about their new music by offering up several opportunities to hear songs from the new LP in advance.
• First came “Meadow,” which dropped on November 15, the same day the news broke about Gutt being the band’s new frontman.
• Last month brought “Roll Me Under,” which we dropped last month.
• We also dropped “The Art of Letting Go,” in case you missed that one.
