Special Shipping Information

This is a unique product offering from Rhino Handmade. As such, Rhino and Rhino Handmade customer service policies do not apply in total. We strongly recommend the use of either of the following shipping methods:

Domestic orders ship via Rush or Overnight
International orders ship via International Express

These methods provide the only track-able and insurable means of shipping this title. If any shipping method besides either of the aforementioned options is chosen, Rhino Entertainment is not responsible for damaged or lost shipments.

Rhino Entertainment is not responsible for any customs taxes or duty incurred on international shipments.

All shipments require a signature upon delivery. Some orders may experience a slight delay in processing for credit card approval.
