Hot Wax: Kate Bush / David Bowie

45 years ago today, David Bowie released his DIAMOND DOGS album, and to celebrate the occasion, Rhino and Parlophone invite you to kick off your weekend by picking up a copy of a very limited-run release: a red vinyl edition of the album, one which – and please pay close attention to this bit – is available only in brick-and-mortar retail stores.

Lest you think we’re limiting this celebration solely to those who feel comfortable leaving their homes, we’re celebrating in another way, too: we’ve released a special one-track digital single of the original single mix of “Rebel Rebel,” which is now available at your favorite digital retailer.

But that’s not the only new release today! Although it is the only digital release today, so bad luck there. If you’re a Kate Bush fan, though, then there’s good luck afoot…or at least there will be if your local record store happened to be one of the stores that secured a copy of the new CLOUDBUSTING EP.
