50 years ago today, four fellas by the names of Jimmy Page, Robert Plant, John Bonham, and John Paul Jones – maybe their names ring a bell – released their third album as Led Zeppelin.

That album’s title? LED ZEPPELIN III.

Okay, so you probably saw that answer coming. But we’ll bet you didn’t see this coming: to commemorate the anniversary of the album’s release, Led Zeppelin will be reissuing the Japanese single of the only single released from LED ZEPPELIN III: “Immigrant Song,” backed with “Hey, Hey, What Can I Do,” on 7” vinyl.

Mind you, it’s going to be a limited-edition situation – there will only be 19,700 copies of the single pressed (see what we did there?) – so you’ll want to pre-order this thing as soon as you possibly can...and since we know your next question will be, “How soon can we possibly order it?” we have answer: it’ll be this Thursday at 10 a.m. EST. When the time comes, it'll be right here on Rhino.com waiting for you!

In the meantime, since it’s the album’s 50th anniversary, why not give LED ZEPPELIN III another spin?
